Looking to get into meditation but not sure where to start? I have created a short meditation that you can fit into even the busiest of days.
It is a simple introduction to some body awareness techniques and breath work to help bring a little relaxation into your day. It is practiced sitting on a chair, so you can do it at breakfast, work, or before you go to bed. No extra props required!
Meditation doesn't have to be complicated, and despite popular belief, isn't all about removing your thoughts, although with regular practice, you may find greater quietness of mind.
